83: Predictions For Women’s Health in 2024

The face of women's health is changing drastically, mainly because:

- Health experts start to realise and acknowledge that our medical school education does not serve women; and

-Women are learning that the western medicine approach has not served them and they need real solutions.

In this episode, I share with you my predictions for 2024 for women's health and how I think things will progress for us in healthcare and how we learn to take care of ourselves.
